Hotel Hillarys - Osaka

Had a great time at Hillarys! The drink bar and laundry facilities were super handy. Breakfast was delicious and way better than expected. Just a heads up, the double bed felt a bit cramped for two. Really enjoyed the location close to Dotonbori!

Breakfast with fish and rice, for instance. Standard twin room with the bedroom as well as 1 queen bed.

Perfect and exceptionally clean place, super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Plenty of options, yummy food. Amazing and handy location with an underground station nearby the hotel. Plus, walking distance to a local park.

The drink bar on the 2nd floor was great for tasty soft drinks and even had a selection of shampoos. There's a 7-Eleven right below for snacks, and the breakfast tickets were worth it. The location is super close to everything fun like shops and bars 😊

Level 2 was great with their assorted variety of drinks and free wifi.

The location from JR Namba was a bit too far as we travelled the whole of Namba walk (covered walkway) then exited at the Nipponbashi station before proceeding south. It was raining at that time, so guess the rain did not help with the circumstances.

Location: the hotel was not far from Namba, Minami, Shinsaibashi, a fish market that serves a lot of '' street food '', and Osaka's entertainment and shopping district. Appreciated that it was a short way from Karakus, cause I prefer eating out.

my stay was fantastic because it was just a 10-minute stroll to Dotonbori, where I enjoyed amazing street food, and I loved that Kuromon Market, brimming with local delicacies, was only about a 15-minute walk away, making it perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture.

There were no avaiable non smoking rooms, inspite the request for such room was indicated during the reservation

Worth the money. clean, nice staff. location about 10-15 mins walk from Nanba station so ok for airport. Free bread in morning and free drinks bar 24-7.

Nothing, it was pretty good!

The location is a major highlight, only a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori, with a 7-Eleven conveniently downstairs. The free drinks and unlimited coffee in the lobby were a good touch! Plus, the complimentary amenities were not just practical but also fun, especially the shampoo bar with various samples!

Small bathroom.

There was a massage chair in the room that gave great massages to tired legs. It was quite near the main entertainment area of Namba. There were other nice freebies, free soft drinks, a shampoo bar with quality toiletries, razor, toothbrush, hairbrush. The breakfast was pleasant and interesting to find out what Japanese eat for breakfast, although there was small piece of plastic wrapper in one of my meals, the waitress looked shocked. If you get a room at Hillarys during a sale period, you will experience a bit of luxury at a bargain price, by Japanese standards!

The room was a little small, but not as small as i expected. The bathroom, bath and pyjamas were lilliputian for a 6 foot tall Westerner. Note to hotel owners - young Japanese are almost the same size as westerners now

This hotel provides different kind of body soaps and shampoos for clients to choose. There are also free drinks for clients to take. If you require to live on the 2nd floor, you may probably share the wifi without area limit!

The staff are not very nice. The looked cool and sometimes quite rude.

Loved the free drink bar-wicked cool touch! The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly had a decent shower. The location was perfect for hitting up Dotonbori and the laundry was handy. Just gotta say, the breakfast area was way too cramped, could use some improvement there. Room felt cozy, maybe a bit tight for three, though.

Favourable and incredible location for our visit to Namba Parks relatively close to the hotel.
