Had a great time at Hillarys! The drink bar and laundry facilities were super handy. Breakfast was delicious and way better than expected. Just a heads up, the double bed felt a bit cramped for two. Really enjoyed the location close to Dotonbori!

I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights in a non-smoking studio. The drink bar on the 2nd floor was great for tasty soft drinks and even had a selection of shampoos. There's a 7-Eleven right below for snacks, and the breakfast tickets were worth it. The location is super close to everything fun like shops and bars! 😊

my stay was fantastic because it was just a 10-minute stroll to Dotonbori, where I enjoyed amazing street food, and I loved that Kuromon Market, brimming with local delicacies, was only about a 15-minute walk away, making it perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture.

The location is a major highlight, only a 10-minute walk to Dotonbori, with a 7-Eleven conveniently downstairs. The free drinks and unlimited coffee in the lobby were a delightful touch, making my stay feel more like a cafe hangout than a hotel! Plus, the complimentary amenities were not just practical but also fun, especially the shampoo bar with various samples!

Loved the free drink bar—wicked cool touch! The room was clean, comfy, and surprisingly had a decent shower. The location was perfect for hitting up Dotonbori and the laundry was handy. Just gotta say, the breakfast area was way too cramped, could use some improvement there. Room felt cozy, maybe a bit tight for three, though.

i almost gave a good review but their parking situation is a joke. i couldn’t even get in after arriving late, and their breakfast area is way too cramped, timed, and limiting. they really should've upgraded me for the chaos i endured.

Great laundry facilities and 24-hour reception, but Wi-Fi was slow at times.

The double room was pretty small, definitely cozy but not too tight. The bed was on the smaller side too, just enough for us. Pillows were a bit weird, kinda felt like they had straw in them. The bathroom was also compact but had nice toiletries. The shower was awesome and had really hot water! Loved the free drinks at the lobby and the comfy sitting area by the window. Breakfast was kinda limited, and the coffee wasn't great, but at least there was a McDonald's right across the street!

Staying with my two sons, we loved how close the hotel was to the National Bunraku Theatre, just a quick stroll away. The free drinks at the reception and the easy access to all the nearby shopping and dining made our experience even more enjoyable.

My wife says that the bathroom was quite cramped for a family.

Cozy room, attentive staff, and the breakfast offers a decent variety with a lovely drink bar on the second floor. it's also conveniently located just 25 km from Itami, making it easy to explore nearby attractions quickly.
